If you require support for any of our products, you may contact us in any of the following three ways:
- Email support@ebedtechnologies.com. Be sure to include in your email the name of the product for which you require support, the version (which you can find in the standard "about" location), and a brief description of the problem.
- Online via https://github.com/Ebed-Technologies/EbedCustomerSupport. This is our main customer support tracking site. It requires a little more technical knowledge than a simple email, as well as a GitHub account (which is available free), but allows you to track your issue and receive automatic updates on its progress.
- Phone +1 403 816-0228. Use this if the above options are not available to you. Note that you may have to leave a message and a callback number where we can reach you.
